  Why study this MSc Degree?
        
This MSc meets a real academic, scientific, and professional demand for postgraduate education in the productive and environmental aspects of the agricultural areas. Current issues related to Agro-Environmental Technology, Plant Production and Protection, and Natural Resources Management are studied. This MSc focuses on sustainable production and its economic context, GIS and Remote Sensing tools usage, appropriate phytosanitary products application, techniques for reducing soil degradation, and diffuse contamination, among others.

Recent years have seen an increase in the demand for professionals and researchers specialised in this MSc routes:

  1. Agro-Environmental Management, which aims at training professionals both in companies and environmental consultancies, and farms in the agrarian field.
  2. Integrated Plant Health Management, which provides necessary training in plant protection for the accreditation of Advisor in Integrated Pest Management.
